I began my fascination with the captured image as a teenager, spurred on by my uncle, professional photographer, Anthony Corsi.  He took me under his wing to teach me the craft of photography from framing to exposure to darkroom processing.

My dream was to go to the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City but my Italian family convinced me to remain in Buffalo and attend Canisius College where I graduated with a BA in Accounting. Then family and life took over, but I never lost my dream. Instead my family is well documented in my art.

Photography has taken on  a life of it's own for me. It has taken me to back to the darkroom, to classes and workshops, cities and community events, and locations open only to me, the photographer.

I have worked with people on both sides of the camera and have had the opportunity to work with and around numerous photographers, some famous, some incredibly gifted, many competent and dedicated.

And some, just like me years ago, building a dream.

I have been inspired, pushed, driven and committed.

Photography feeds my mind and spirit and endows me with
a renewed commitment to my community not just to create beauty but to give to others what my uncle gave to me.

Photography  is more to me than the images; it is the life it brings to my table. It is my passion.
